I have just been for physio and the physio said my arms are a lot straighter. The past three physio appointments there was little improvement so I went to Claudia. I have had ongoing problems with my spine for many years now and most recently with my neck and right shoulder. I visited BioMed 5 days before a marathon as I’d suffered an injury to my lower back from over training the previous week. It was unlikely I was running at this point. Claudia assessed me and got straight to the treatment which involved electro acupuncture and body work. The next day nearly all the pain had gone. I was able to run 2 miles the next day and a few more very short runs leading up to the race. I finished the race beating my target of 4 hours by 8 minutes. I have suffered from hayfever all my life. I have had to avoid going outside during the day in summer as my eyes stream almost all the time. Background
Alistair, a war veteran of 30 years, is a double amputee. As a result of the need to use his shoulders / arms for mobility he can suffer from repetitive strain injury. He has had a couple of hydrocortisone injections in the past without any significant effect and has been on strong pain killers which he no longer needs.

My treatment plan was platelet rich plasma therapy for chronic shoulder pain experienced over the last 18-20 years. The treatment consisted of three injections in each shoulder once every three weeks.
Pain levels measured as 10 most painful to zero no pain have been significantly reduced. My mobility has significantly increased. Pain levels now fluctuate between 1 and 0. Previously pain levels were 6 at rest and 9 with upper limb movement. Pain reduction and mobility improvement is incremental with incidental minor regression. After a couple of 80+ hour weeks getting my restaurant ready to reopen after our Covid lockdown, I came home one night with a sore leg & back. It got worse and worse overnight to the point where I ended up in A&E at around 5am. I was originally told that this was sciatica and sent home with a lot of meds and told to try and just rest and stretch it. As the week went on I was then, contacted by the hospital to say that they’ve reviewed my x-rays and actually the issue could possibly be nerve damage from a plate I had in my leg due to a break and would be referred to a specialist to look at. I was unable to get a face to face appointment with the doctor and so after lots of phone calls to my surgery I was fobbed off with more & more pain killers. With no sign of anything being done about this other than the cocktail of naproxen, tramadol, pregabalin, diazepam paracetamol. I was starting to feel really down, I was constantly lethargic and spaced out. I could barely function to do the most basic of daily tasks. I have been going to Claudia regularly for several years now for massages which have kept my back and hip problems at bay. When I came to you I'd seen doctors, consultants, neurologists and been told an unknown virus had attacked my nervous system making the right side of my body numb and my arm/hand too sensitive to touch. The options were medication and possible surgery, and no guarantee that this would solve the issue. 
I was taking 1800g Gabapentin a day which made me feel spaced out and had a course of physio through work. This went on for over 8month! I had to take time off work as I could not use my hand for my computer based job, it affected me in many areas of daily living and started to get my mood down as I didn’t seem to be able to do anything about it, worrying that this will become part of my life and I wouldn’t be able to do a lot of things like outdoor activities, fitness, housework, shopping, playing with the kids etc. I felt tired, fatigued and not myself at all. I went to see Claudia as I was having a problem with my Achilles tendon. She has, in the past, been able to treat whatever condition I have presented, so was hopeful she would do so again. During the consultation I mentioned that, as well as the Achilles problem, I was having an on going problem with pain and cramps in my stomach and bowels. I had been to my GP about it and had undergone extensive investigative tests, but nothing was found. However, I was still having the symptoms.
Over a few weeks I had four treatments for the Achilles tendon - Electroacupuncture and Electronic Gem Therapy, and also injections of homeopathic remedies. She also put together a set of homeotherapeutic remedies which worked on the bowel and stomach issues, calming and healing. The problem cleared up altogether and has not returned. I have been going to Claudia for a lot of years now and, always the consummate professional, she manages to deal quickly and successfully with whatever condition I present. Last October I had occasion to consult her as I had a very painful, inflamed Achilles tendon. I’m an active golfer, enjoying more time to play since I retired. But started experiencing a problem with tight muscles in my lower back giving me a lot of pain. Further to my earlier testimonial...before returning to work I found I was lacking some strength in my shoulders, and having some pain when I twisted. I have to admit I probably didn’t rest as much as I should have. Claudia suggested I should have an ultrasound, to rule out a tear in the tendon, before further treatment. Results showed Subacromial Bursitis and a possible tear / inflammation in biceps heads under the coracoid process. PRP Treatment would be advisable.

I am a mother of two boys (both natural births) and had been experiencing stress incontinence for some time. It affected me mostly when I was laughing. And, as my friends will tell you, I laugh a lot. I didn’t relish the thought of having to wear pads for ever more, so when I heard about a treatment that could really help I decided to find out more about it. It is called PRP or Platelet-Rich Plasma Therapy and always carried out by a fully trained professional.

What happens is they take a sample of your blood on the day of treatment, spin it in a centrifuge and then the plasma produced is injected around the opening of the urethra. The plasma releases growth factors that stimulate stem cell reproduction which then stimulates tissue repair and regeneration around the bladder and the inner walls of the urethra. In July last year I went to see Claudia at BioMed Clinic about a couple of health problems I was having. Within weeks of following her instructions strictly using supplements and remedies she prescribed I started to feel better and now a year later I can say I feel healed. I would recommend her to anyone and I will personally be forever grateful for her help.

About seven years ago I had been suffering with a number of ailments which included; asthma,sensitivity to a lot of substances, I could not cuddle my cat as her fur affected my chest, I was unbelievably tired all the time,sleep did not help, I felt sick all the time and had continuous bloating and stomach pain,I felt numb and lifeless and constantly felt anxious often feeling very emotional and crying.
I had been to the doctor a number of times and they sent me off for a number of tests, some tests they wouldn't do till my chest was clear! I felt like I was going round in circles. I then came across Claudia Carrillo , she asked me to fill a questionnaire about myself which included some history. I was then given time to think about it whether I wanted to go ahead. After agreeing I had a saliva and hair sample taken. When the results came back they showed I had Adrenal fatigue and I was at the exhaustion stage, this meant that my body was struggling to function in a number of areas.
Claudia worked out a plan for me which included a detox, clearing my chest area,helping with my anxiety and working on my physicality.
During the years of recovery I have learnt to listen to my body. After the day I walked into Claudia's shop in 2011 I am a different person. I no longer have asthma, although I am still sensitive to chemicals,perfume and dust, maybe that's not a bad thing! I can cuddle my cat, if I am over tired I know what to do. I have a wheat and lactose intolerance which helps me to eat healthier and I have learnt how many foods I "can eat"rather than" cannot eat", I tend to eat more homemade food as I know what's in it. I now have a full time position and have been an assistant manager since being unable to work for roughly five years.

This was a very slow process, and took years of perseverance and determination, through all this Claudia was professional, knowledgeable, positive and always cheerful, supporting me and helping me to keep going. She listened when I was so low or upset , I know I would not have recovered if it wasn't for her. I will be forever grateful and have now come to look on her as a good friend.

have been to see Claudia a few times now and what impresses me most is how she always goes the extra mile. Last time I went I had texted her at 8pm and she managed to see me at 10am the following morning which is now unheard of on the NHS.
