I’ve never really suffered with injuries in my sporting life, however picking up little niggles now & then, I suppose Father Time catches up with us all. However, incredible relief from an Achilles injury today and hopefully on the mend… I’ve been packing with ice but after expert consultation its heat treatment that will solve this one… many thanks to Claudia @ BioMed. Can I suggest that anyone who has an injury goes and see’s her – she really is an expert in her field of work.
Raw chocolate, made from un-roasted cacao beans, is a nutrient-rich superfood known for its health benefits and delicious, rich flavour. Unlike conventional chocolate, which often contains added sugars and undergoes extensive processing, raw chocolate retains higher levels of antioxidants, magnesium, and iron. These nutrients can support heart health, boost mood, and promote a sense of well-being, making raw chocolate a great choice for those seeking a healthier alternative to traditional sweets. By making raw chocolate at home, you control the ingredients, allowing you to craft a treat that’s both nourishing and tailored to your taste preferences.
Creating homemade raw chocolate is easier than you might think, and it’s a wonderful way to introduce clean, whole foods into your diet.
