I am a Painter & Decorator for many years and the job has taken its toll on me some years ago. I’ve had many issues with Rotator Cuff Injury in my shoulder. Lots of steroid jabs that did nothing. I have only had one course at the moment but I can honestly say I feel the benefits already working.
